In early phases, "Wicker Park Connection" would add a pedestrian passage between Division, Milwaukee.

The estimated $37 million redevelopment of Aldi would include a respite area connecting to The 606.

Though developers decreased the size of the building, a neighborhood group said it's still too big.

The "upzonings" would allow developers to build higher density buildings near CTA Division "L" station.

It's the latest in a number of recent transit-oriented developments proposed near the Division "L" stop.
