The drive-thrus at Cicero and Berteau, and at Irving and Central, are both poised for approval.

Nearly a year after the project broke ground, it remains an acre-sized crater at 4747 W. Irving Park Rd.

The step is being taken "ensure as many voices are heard as possible," Ald. John Arena (45th) wrote.

The staggered building would reach 16 stories on one side, tapering down to six stories on the other.

The lawsuit's next hearing is set for May 16, one week after the proposal goes up for zoning approval.
