Developers will be able to begin acquiring business licenses to begin the development in March.

Construction is due to begin this summer, Ald. Harry Osterman (48th) said.

The brothers who used to own and live in the building were forced out after a lawsuit in 2012.

The condos and commercial space are still being built, and a developer said there is "high interest."
