Sarah Carson is Vice President of Sales and Marketing of DNAinfo.com Chicago, overseeing a team of Account Executives serving every Chicago neighborhood. She’s excited to work with a growing brand, delivering local news that matters to individuals and businesses in Chicago.
Sarah has an extensive background in sales management, strategy, and digital media. She is passionate about team leadership, and is inspired by the award-winning individuals who have been on her teams. Previously, Sarah spent ten years with Tribune Publishing where she managed accounts and teams in every vertical for brands like: Chicago Tribune Media Group, Apartments.com, ForSaleByOwner.com, Cars.com, and 435 Digital. Her first role in Chicago was with Magellan Development, one of the most innovative and modern developers in town.
Sarah graduated from the Cincinnati Academy of Design with a degree in Illustration and Design. She’s lived in Michigan, Ohio, Washington (state), and Illinois. But it all happens in Chicago where she started her family: her husband, Scott, and their two boys, Trent and Noah.
Fun Fact: Grandma Jean was the breadwinner and Grandpa Hank was a stay-at-home dad. They lived in Garfield Ridge, Chicago.
