Peter Jones is a Reporter at DNAinfo Chicago.

Born to two military parents, Peter grew up around the country and graduated from high school in Costa Rica. After attending the University of Oklahoma, he spent several years in Washington, D.C. working in international development and taught English in South Korea. He moved to Chicago in 2016 to study journalism at Northwestern University's Medill School. 

Peter lives in Rogers Park with four other journalists and a cat named Grey Worm.

Fun Fact: Peter offered Queen Noor of Jordan a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. She declined.
