Man Breaking Into Lincoln Park, Lakeview Homes While People Sleep: Police

CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who has broken into three Lincoln Park and Lakeview homes while its residents are asleep.

Police say the armed man has entered homes at the following times and locations:

• 3:50 a.m. Oct. 16 in the 2600 block of North Burling Street

• 3:56 a.m. Oct. 19 in the 3000 block of North Kenmore Avenue

• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of North Janssen Avenue

The suspect is described as a black man, 18 to 25 years old, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-10 and 150-180 pounds. He wears a black baseball cap with white writing, a white or gray hooded sweatshirt and a green or dark-colored puffy vest.
