CHICAGO — A 13-year-old boy was shot in West Ridge on Friday, police said.
At 6 p.m., the boy was walking in the 2100 block of West Touhy Avenue when he was shot, police said. The boy was found with a gunshot wound in his lower back.
The boy was taken to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
