CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who inappropriately touched himself as he was talking to a 14-year-old girl from his car in Albany Park.
The incident occurred in the 4800 block of North Sacramento Avenue Sunday at 5 p.m., police said.
In that incident the girl was walking when the car drove up to her and the driver started to talking to her.
As they were talking, the girl noticed that he was touching himself.
Police say a similar incident occurred on May 8 at 4 p.m. in the 3000 block of West Lawrence Avenue.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his early 30s with a brown complexion. He has short black hair and a patchy beard. He was wearing a blue and white short-sleeved collared shirt. His sedan had a dark color.
