#TBT: What The Corner Of Diversey And California Looked Like In 1910

By Mina Bloom | September 28, 2017 12:24pm

LOGAN SQUARE — For #TBT, check out the northwest corner of Diversey and California avenues circa 1910.

Today, the site is home to a Popeye's and an IHOP.

Here's what Logan Square Preservation has to say about the photo:

The northwest corner of Diversey and California, circa 1910. The corner building was likely demolished during the construction of the Kennedy Expressway. Today the site is home to a Popeye's, an IHOP and their associated parking lots.

DNAinfo is partnering with Logan Square Preservation on a "Throwback Thursday" post each week. All photos are the property of Logan Square Preservation unless otherwise indicated.
