UPTOWN AND ANDERSONVILLE — It may be fall, but the weather certainly still feels like summer.

Here's five things to get you out of the house and exploring your neighborhood this weekend. 

Patio Party At Lawrence House: The Lawrence House is throwing one final hurrah this summer featuring music from DJ Greg #Feelgood this weekend. Larry's at the Lawrence House will host the patio party and Heritage Kitchen will be offering BBQ chicken and pork plus sides. Free entry. 1020 W. Lawrence Ave. 4-8 p.m. Saturday.

Daddy Yankee At Aragon Ballroom: The Puerto Rican singer, rapper, songwriter, actor and record producer will head to Uptown this weekend to perform songs from his 16-year reggaeton career. Tickets to the general admission show are about $100 and available here. 7 p.m. Friday. Aragon Ballroom, 1106 W. Lawrence Ave.

Uptown Garden Walk: The Institute of Cultural Affairs and the Uptown Coastal Initiative will host its second annual garden walk this weekend. This year's walk features 24 gardens, two options for guided tours and the option of guiding your own tour. Attendees can begin their own tours from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday by picking up a map at the ICA Greenrise building or Everybody's Coffee. For more information click here. Sunday. ICA Greenrise, 4750 N. Attend A Book Launch: Women and Children First bookstore will host a book launch party for Jennifer Nelson's "Civilization Makes Me Lonely." The book is Nelson's second collection of poems and won the 2016 Sawtooth Poetry Prize. The celebration will feature writer and poets: Daniel Woody, Dan Magers, Sara Wainscott and Christine Kanownik.
