CHICAGO — A 33-year-old man was shot to death in South Deering on Saturday night, police said.
At 8:47 p.m., the man was standing in a driveway in the 9700 block of South Merrion Avenue when he got into an argument with someone and the other person took out a gun and fired shots, police said.
The man was hit multiple times in his head, police said.
Darrius Buckley, of the 9600 block of South Brennan, was pronounced dead at 9:12 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
A man has been charged with murder in Buckley's death.
