ALBANY PARK — A free pop-up shadow puppet show is coming to Albany Park for one night only Wednesday.
Swing by the corner of Leland and Drake avenues at 8 p.m. for "Silhouettes on the Shade," a site-specific shadow play billed as a "mini neighborhood spectacle."
According to the event organizers, the show runs for approximately 30 minutes and is best viewed from the sidewalk in front of St. Steven of Decani Serbian Orthodox Church, 3543 W. Leland Ave.
The performance is funded through a grant from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events' Individual Artist Program.
