Dunning Home Burglaries Trigger Police Warning

CHICAGO — Burglars broke into at least four homes in Dunning between Aug. 19-29, according to a police alert issued Tuesday.

In each incident, someone broke into the house through a door or window and made off with items including electronics, jewelry and cash, police said.

The burglaries were reported at the following times and locations:

• Between 1-7 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 7700 block of West Addison Street.

• Between 8:55 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Aug. 24 in the 3400 block of North Oriole Avenue.

• At 10 p.m. Aug. 24 in the 7700 block of West Addison Street.

• Between 7 p.m. Aug. 28 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 29 in the 3600 block of North Page Avenue.
