LOGAN SQUARE — The high-flying luchadores are returning to the neighborhood this weekend for the third consecutive year.

More than a dozen wrestlers will face off during the two-hour rumble, set for noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Unity Park, 2636 N. Kimball Ave.

The participating luchadores include Bandolero, Skayde Jr, Zam Damisterious, Invictus, Johnny Andrews, Willie "Da Bomb" Richardson, Mike Strong, The Mercenary Alvin Gray, Gringo Loco, The Fallon (Matt Corbane) & The Fiend, Beau Anderson, The French Cactus, Ice Man Tim Norton and Logan Square's very own Kidd Foxx.

Last year's Lucha Libre event, a type of wrestling with origins in Mexico, attracted more than 1,000 people to the park, according to organizers.

The Unity Park Advisory Council will be hosting a raffle with autographed photos of wrestling superstars and giving out Lucha Libre T-shirts during the event.

The event is free to the public.
