LOGAN SQUARE — Hopewell Brewing is getting in on the back-to-school fun again this year.

The taproom, 2760 N. Milwaukee Ave., is throwing its second annual back-to-school bash Saturday, which will go from 2 p.m. until close. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local nonprofit Open Books.

Folks from The Radler will be there until 7 p.m., serving sausages and free pretzels while supplies last.

From 3 - 9 p.m., Hopewell will tap some "special" beers, including a collaboration with Whiner Beer Company. At 8 p.m., DJ André René will start spinning some tunes.

Hopewell is collecting books all week for Open Books ahead of the fundraiser.

RSVP for the party on Facebook.
