HYDE PARK — There’s one more free day at the Museum of Science and Industry before classes start for Chicago Public Schools students.

Admission to the museum will be free Aug. 30 for CPS students along with one adult all day.

Other people hoping to catch a free day at the museum will have to wait until Sept. 5, when Illinois residents are free with a valid ID.

The Aug. 30 free day is part of Museum Days, a week of free days at museums across the city for CPS students.
