WICKER PARK — Happy Friday!

Not headed to Lollapalooza? Here are a few idea for things to do over this chillier than usual weekend.

Browse Locally Made Art. It's "First Friday" in Wicker Park's Flat Iron Building, where dozens of artists and visiting artisans will open their studios to collectors and shoppers. Free, with suggested $10 donation.  From 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, 1579 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Meet Arcade Fire. Montreal's Arcade Fire will pop by Reckless Records in Wicker Park to sign copies of its new album "Everything Now." From 3:30-5 p.m. Saturday, 1379 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Try A New Weekend Brunch. The new Bourbon on Division, which replaced The Shambles, recently rolled out a weekend brunch that lasts until 5 p.m. — great news for late sleepers. The brunch menu offers fried chicken, waffles, sweet potato bread budding and more, along with cocktails like "Helluva Way To Wake Up," made with Old Forester, ice coffee, honey-rosemary syrup and whipped bourbon cream. Brunch hours are 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sat-Sun., 2050 W. Division St.

Get Trapped (For Fun!).  The "Duck and Cover Classroom," an escape room adventure set in 1954 and revolving around the Manhattan Project’s work at the University of Chicago, is the latest addition to the  Escape Artistry's Time Gallery suite of interactive experiences. Tickets cost $33/person and can be bought online or call 773-789-9535. Rooms are available between 10:15 a.m. - 10:45 p.m. daily, 1342 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Tour The 606's Bloomingdale Trail. Meet volunteer docent John Paige at the east end of the elevated Bloomingdale Trail and go on a free guided walk that'll cover the history of the trail, its design from a former railroad line to a recreational path and more. Free, but donations to benefit Friends of The Bloomingdale Trail are accepted at the conclusion of each tour. RSVP requested by email. From 10 -11 a.m. Saturday, starts at 1722 N. Ashland Ave. in Walsh Park.

Indulge in Oysters. The second annual Oyster and Rose Patio Soiree at Frontier offers three types of oysters for all budgets, from $1 half shell, to $2 char-grilled and $12 bacon wrapped, plus $5 glasses of rose wine and frose. From 4-7 Friday, 3-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 1072 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Enjoy Boozy "Lolla" Pops. Through Sunday, sangria popsicles will be discounted for anyone wearing a Lollapalooza wristband at Kizuki Ramen. Usually $4-9, the cold treats will cost $1 -$3 for any music lovers who visit Kizuki before or after the fest and show their Lollapalooza wristband. The sangria popsicle is made with strawberry, pineapple, blueberry and shochu. A non-alcoholic version costs $1. Hours are 11:30 a.m. - midnight Fri.-Sat.; 11:30 a.m- 9:30 p.m. Sunday, At 1482 N. Go To A Magic Show. Magician Brett Schneider's "Communion: An Evening of Magic" runs at 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday night, and 7 p.m. Sunday. Buy $20 tickets online or call 773-697-3830, at the Den Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Shop At The Sunday Farmers Market. Enjoy fresh produce, cheese, meats and specialty items, like crepes, at the Wicker Park Farmers Market. Hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, 1425 N. Damen Ave.

Get To Know West Town Neighbors. Residents who live in police beats 1211, 1212, 1213, 1214, 1215 and 1221 (From Lake Street to the south; Division Street to the north; Kedzie Avenue to the west and the Chicago River to the east) are encouraged to attend a block party organized by the volunteer-run West Town Public Safety Committee. Free, from noon-9:30 p.m. Saturday, 500 block of North Paulina Street.
