LINCOLN SQUARE — Dubbed by one journalist as "the coolest band in rock," Garbage is rolling into town with Blondie for a gig at Ravinia Saturday.

On Sunday, singer Shirley Manson, guitarist Steve Marker and bassist Duke Erikson (drummer Butch Vig is otherwise engaged) will bring their act to the Book Cellar, signing copies of the band's coffee table memoir "This Is The Noise That Keeps Me Awake."

The band will sign one book (only copies bought at the Book Cellar) and one piece of memorabilia per person.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday, 4736 N. Lincoln Ave.
