UPTOWN — BBQ King Smokehouse, Chicago BBQ Company, Porky Chicks BBQ, Rancho Mateo, Austin's Texas Lightning BBQ and Robinson's Ribs will all be serving the pork in Uptown this weekend for the Windy City Ribfest.
The three-day festival featuring food and performances from local artist JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound and Lynne Jordan and the Shivers will be held at Lawrence Avenue and Broadway from Friday-Sunday.
The festival, now in its eighth year, is presented by Uptown Saturday Nights.

There is a $5 suggested donation for entry, a portion of which will go to Business Partners, the Chamber for Uptown.
