LINCOLN SQUARE — Some changes are coming to garbage collection days in areas of Lincoln Square.
According to a notice sent by Ald. Pat O'Connor (40th), the area bounded by the west side of Ravenswood, Foster, Leland avenues and the Chicago River is being switched to Thursday pickup.
A handful of blocks within this grid are unaffected. See map below; the area shaded in purple is changing.
The switch only applies to homes serviced by the city.
