WASHINGTON PARK — Two people were robbed in a pair of incidents after they withdrew cash from an ATM in Washington Park, police say.

At 1:15 p.m. on June 2 and 12:40 p.m. on June 3 a man and a woman allegedly came up to people taking money out of an ATM on the 100 block of West Garfield Boulevard, forced the victims to hand over the cash, and ran away, according to police.

The man was described as a black man with a dark complexion and dreadlocks with tattoos on his neck, according to police.

Police did not provide a description of the woman.

The Area Central Bureau of Detectives is investigating.
