CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded 10 since Tuesday, police said.

• At 9:27 p.m. Tuesday, a 27-year-old man was shot to death in Chatham.

• At 3:07 p.m., a 27-year-old man was gunned down while playing basketball in Englewood. Another man, 30, was wounded.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, a 33-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 4800 block of West Gladys when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his right thigh and he took himself to Loretto Hospital. His condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 11:54 p.m., officers shot and wounded two people in Montclare.

• At 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, a 26-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 5500 block of West North Avenue when someone in a gray-colored SUV fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his right ear and left thigh. He took himself to Rush University Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 5:20 p.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in South Shore, police said. The man was walking outside in the 7800 block of South Kingston Avenue when he was shot.

The man was hit in his jaw and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 2:50 p.m., a 35-year-old man was shot in South Shore. The man was walking outside in the 7300 block of South Jeffery Boulevard when two people walked up to him and said they were robbing him.

One of the thieves took out a gun and fired shots at the man, hitting him in his left arm. The man took himself to South Shore Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 2:35 p.m., a 30-year-old man was shot in Woodlawn, police said. The man was walking in an alley in the 6400 block of South Ellis Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his face and right bicep. He was taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At noon, a 37-year-old man was shot in South Shore, police said. The man was at a gas station in the 7600 block of South Exchange Avenue when he got into an argument with someone.

The other person took a gun and shot the man, hitting him in his back, police said. The man took himself to South Shore Hospital, where his condition was not available but police said he was listed as "stable."

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 11:33 a.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was in the 11300 block of South Normal Avenue when he was shot in his hip and leg.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No further information was immediately available.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
