HYDE PARK — The Museum of Science and Industry is free all week for Illinois residents.
The museum, 5700 S. Lake Shore Drive, will be free for Illinois residents with a valid ID through Friday and on Monday.
The free entry does not include special exhibits and timed activities like the coal mine and tours of the U-505 submarine.
The free entry days are the last until after Labor Day, with the next free day on Sept. 5.
