BRONZEVILLE — Police are warning people to make sure their doors are locked after a string of burglaries on King Drive.
Police reported two burglaries May 8 in the 3500 block of South King Drive.
In both instances, someone forced their way into an apartment through the front door and then took items from inside, according to police.
Police are encouraging residents to get broken locks fixed right away and check and save footage from security cameras if there is a break-in.
Detectives are investigating the recent burglaries.
