HYDE PARK — The University of Chicago is hosting a free career conference for more than 300 Chicago Public Schools high school students on Saturday.

The annual free conference sponsored by the Kovler Foundation provides a full day of info on different career options and how to make them happen.

This year’s speakers include Myetie Hamilton, executive director of Epic Academy Charter School, and Nicole Barnes Marshall, global head of diversity for Aon.

The event runs from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 E. 59th St., and the Gordon Center for Integrative Science, 929 E. 57th St.
