CHICAGO — Jermaine Brown, 23, was shot to death in Washington Park on Monday night, officials said.
At 7:42 p.m., the man was in the 5400 block of South Indiana Avenue when a group of people walked up to him and fired shots, police said. The man was hit multiple times.
Brown, of the 5100 block of South Wabash, was pronounced dead at 7:48 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
