CHICAGO — Police have released photos of a man they say sexually abused a 6-year-old girl Saturday in Logan Square.
At 9:30 p.m., the girl was in a grocery store in the 3900 block of West Diversey Avenue when the man walked up to her, motioned to her and kissed her on her cheek, according to a Chicago Police community alert.
The man then grabbed the girl's hand and put it into his pants pocket, police said.
A relative of the girl confronted the man, and the man ran out of the store, police said.
Police released photos of the man early Thursday.
