Police also announced the arrest of 19-year-old Arrmon Bulley, of 1300 block of West Touhy Avenue.
He was arrested on the afternoon of Feb. 27 and charged with two counts of residential burglary, police said.
Bulley had broken into a home earlier that day and was later seen carrying a bag belonging to the victim that had items taken from the home inside.
Police said Bulley was also identified as the burglar because he used the victim's Ventra card.
