CHICAGO — Shootings have killed one person and wounded seven since Thursday, police said.

A 3-year-old boy who police said appeared to have been accidentally shot was among the wounded.

• At 2:32 a.m., a 32-year-old man was shot and killed in Humboldt Park. A woman, 42, was wounded in the shooting.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 2:20 a.m. Friday, a 33-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was standing outside in the 7500 block of South Perry Avenue when a gray truck drove up and someone in the car fired shots.

The man was hit in his leg and buttocks and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 12:56 a.m., a 15-year-old boy was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The boy was taking out the garbage in the 3400 block of West 21st Street when he saw two men or boys in an alley firing shots.

The boy was hit in a finger on his right hand and was taken to St. Anthony Hospital in good condition, police said.

The boy was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 9:20 p.m. Thursday, a 28-year-old man was shot in West Pullman, police said. The man was driving in the 11600 block of South Morgan Street when he stopped at a stop sign and someone outside the car fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left arm and he took himself to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The shooter was a man or boy and wore a black hooded sweatshirt, police said.

• At 4:58 p.m., a 3-year-old boy was shot in his head in Englewood. The toddler was critically wounded.

• At 12:55 p.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in West Englewood, police said. The man was walking outside in the 7000 block of South Damen Avenue when someone walked up, fired shots and ran away.

The victim was hit in his lower back and arm and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 9:58 a.m., a man was shot in Auburn Gresham, police said. The person was driving in the 8100 block of South Morgan Street when he was shot. He crashed his car into a tree.

The victim was hit in his head and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said. His age was not immediately available.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
