HERMOSA — Looking for a place to watch President Trump's first address to Congress?
Cook County Democrats, including party leaders and elected officials, are hosting a watch party Tuesday evening at The Levee, a bar at 4035 W. Fullerton Ave., beginning at 7 p.m.
The speech, which is being compared to a State of the Union address, is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
According to Politico, new presidents usually use the the first address to Congress as a way to outline goals.
