ALBANY PARK — 2nd Story is ready to raise the curtain on its next act.
The artist collective, which produces a cross between live storytelling and theater, is hosting an open house from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at its new home in Albany Park, 3001 W. Lawrence Ave.
Enjoy small bites and drinks, as well as storytelling at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., and a celebratory toast at 6:30 p.m.
2nd Story plans to use the Lawrence Avenue storefront as the base for its administrative operations, and will likely offer classes, workshops and rehearsals there, said Lauren Sivak, 2nd Story's managing director.
