LINCOLN SQUARE — Neighbors will have an opportunity to weigh in on plans for the redevelopment of the Chase Bank site on Lawrence Avenue at an upcoming community meeting.

The Chase campus, 1825 W. Lawrence Ave., sprawls on Lawrence from Wolcott to Ravenswood and is home to a pair of bank buildings, a drive-thru, parking lot and a third two-story structure.

The proposal, from Harlem Irving Companies, which has a portfolio that includes University Village in Little Italy, would encompass:

• A one-story Chase Bank at the site's northeast corner.

• A four-story residential building along Ravenswood, with 59 efficiency units, all rental.

• A four-story mixed-use residential and commercial building on Lawrence and Wolcott, with 107 units, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, all rental; 122 parking spaces; approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m., Thursday, at McPherson Elementary, 4728 N. Wolcott Ave., and will be conducted as an open house. Attendees will have an opportunity to look at images of the proposed buildings and to ask questions of the developers.
