CHICAGO — Ryan Ellis, 25, was shot dead in Auburn Gresham on Sunday afternoon, officials said.
At 1:55 p.m., the man was in the 1400 block of West 84th Street when he was shot multiple times, police said.
Ellis, of the 8100 block of South Crandon Avenue, was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody in the shooting.
No further information was immediately available.
