EDGEWATER — Depending on your relationship status, Valentine's Day can be a mixed bag of sappy, sweet or just plain annoying. 

But whether you're single, in a couple or madly in love with your pet, there are plenty of ways to treat yourself (or someone else) this Valentine's Day weekend. 

Check out who's dishing up sweet specials in Edgewater and Rogers Park:

Eat

Revival Social Club: From 5-10 p.m. on Tuesday Feb. 14, Revival Social Club at 1133 W. Granville Ave. will serve up a special three-course pre fixe Valentine's Day dinner for $45 per person. Share an appetizer, followed by soups or salads and finish off with a hearty main course of either lamb, chicken, tofu, pork chops or scallops. 

Mia Francesca's: All Francesca's locations are participating in the restaurant's annual Valentine's Day dinner specials, including Edgewater's own at 1039 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. Between Friday and Tuesday Feb. 14, stop in to get a taste of Mia Francesca's Cupid-approved dinner menu, including filet mignon, Chilean sea bass and chocolate ganache topped with heart-shaped raspberry mousse. 

Uncommon Ground: Available from Friday until Tuesday are Uncommon Ground's Valentine's meal specials at its 1401 W. Devon Ave. location. A three-course vegetarian menu caps off with a choice of strawberry ice cream puffs or chocolate-cherry bread pudding.

Boozy Painting at Aartwerk Studios: At 1141 W. Granville Ave., Aartwerk Studios is offering discounts to its BYOB guided painting class Friday, Saturday and Tuesday. Painters can snag a class for $25 Friday and Saturday, while Tuesday's Valentine's Day $30 course will include chocolate and cookies. 

Free Family Movies at New 400 Theater: Ald. Joe Moore (49th) is hosting a free day at the movies Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. at New 400 Theater, 6746 N. Sheridan Road. Across four screens, "Storks," "Angry Birds 2," and "The Secret Life of Pets" will play for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Complimentary popcorn and soda is also included.

Pottery and Glass-Fusing Projects at RAM Art Studio: Channel your burning desire into a handmade glass-fusing project at RAM Art Studio, 6054 North Broadway. All weekend long and leading up until Valentine's Day, the neighborhood art studio is offering deals for couples and singles ranging from glass, to clay and more.

Family Pet Portrait to Benefit Care For Real: Here's your chance to show you care about your four-legged loved one. Edgewater's Care For Real food pantry and community resource is raising money for its organization by partnering with photographer Dennis Lee and North End bar in Lakeview to snap family portraits with your furry friends. From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, a $25 photo package will get you a 15 minute photography session, a code to download the pictures and $10 off A Tail to Remember, Care For Real's annual pet pantry fundraiser. Attendees must be 21.
