LOGAN SQUARE — Logan Square's booming restaurant scene on Armitage Avenue is on full display for this year's Restaurant Week, which kicks off Friday.

The annual event, with its prix fixe menus, encourages diners to venture out and try something new or revisit an old favorite — for a fraction of the price.

Of the five participating restaurants in Logan Square, four of them are on Armitage:

Dos Urban Cantina, 2829 W. Armitage Ave.

Osteria Langhe, 2824 W. Armitage Ave.

Sink|Swim, 3213 W. Armitage Ave.

Table, Donkey and Stick, 2728 W. Armitage Ave.

Yusho Logan Square, 2853 N. Kedzie Ave.

More than 350 restaurants are participating in this year's Restaurant Week, which ends Feb. 9.
