CHICAGO — A 25-year-old man was shot in Washington Park early Wednesday.

At around 9:44 a.m., the man was in the 5100 block of South King Drive when he was shot in his right forearm, police said.

He was taken to University of Chicago Hospital, where his condition was not released but police considered him to be stable.

No further information was available.
