CHICAGO — A shooting in Chatham wounded a 24-year-old man Thursday, police said.
At 5:30 p.m., the man was in a parked car in the 8100 block of South King Drive when someone walked up and fired shots, police said.
The man was hit in his leg and went to the 900 block of East 82nd Street, where 911 was called, police said. The man was taken to Northwestern Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
No one was in custody.
