West Town Shooting Leaves Man Wounded, Police Say

 Around 7 p.m. in the 2700 block of West Maypole Avenue, a 20-year-old man was shot in his arm and leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed as “stable.”

WEST TOWN — A 20-year-old man was shot Wednesday night in West Town, according to Chicago Police.

Around 7 p.m. in the 2700 block of West Maypole Avenue, the man was shot in his arm and leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed as “stable.”

He is a documented gang member, police said.
