CHINATOWN — If you're looking for way to spice up your Thanksgiving Day plans, head to Chinatown. There are plenty of places serving dinner for the holidays.

Here's a list of some of the Chinese restaurants in Chinatown open on Thursday:

Won Kow Restaurant

Try the Chicken almond ding, a stir-fry chicken and vegetables cooked in butter with almond slivers ($8.50).

MingHin Cuisine

This Bib-Gourmand-awarded restaurant has it all. But if you’re feeling adventurous, you might explore the BBQ menu, where you’ll find deep fried pigeon ($16.95), Beijing Duck ($18.95) and BBQ Pork Rib ($13.95).

Three Happiness has an extensive chop suey menu with all the classics — mushroom, chicken, shrimp and beef. Depending on your meat, prices range from $5.25-$8.50.

Try the "Rich Man Fried Rice." The dish comes with fried rice, dried scallops, egg whites and vegetables for $13.95. If you're looking for something a little more fancy, there's the Hong Kong Steak With Brandy And Mushroom Sauce ($28.95).

The Golden Bull offers a nice rice casserole menu, requiring a 30-minute advance notice. Options include traditional Chinese sausage ($8.95), quail ($11.95) and frog ($18.95).

Yan Bang Cai

Yan Bang Cai features a menu stacked with recipes from Zigong City — also known as “Salt City” for its heavy brine trade. The Zigong menu sports spiced rabbit with chili pepper ($7.95), chicken with bamboo shoots ($12.95) and quick-fried seven-step duck ($12.95).
