CHICAGO — The folks from Pawnee, Ind., knew the Cubs were going to be World Series champions before anyone else.
Before the end of the Cubs Game 7 clincher, Michael Schur, the producer behind the former NBC sitcom "Parks and Recreation" tweeted a scene from a episode from the final season of the show, that aired in 2015 but was set next summer.
