BRIDGEPORT — After a roller-coaster Game 7 that went to 10 innings, Cubs fans grasped their first World Series Championship since 1908.
Now they're looking for World Series gear to rep their team's reign.
At sports apparel stores all across the city, Cubs fans have been lining up for a chance to snag championship hats, shirts and "W" flags.

Cynthia Grant traveled from her home in Washington Park to Grandstand Sports, 600 W. 35th St., in Bridgeport to grab her World Series merchandise.
"I knew I was coming to Grandstand, because you can always get authentic stuff there," Grant said.
And then there was Tavon King, a 12-year-old from Bronzeville, looking for gear sporting his favorite player's name: Addison Russell.
"My auntie dropped me off," King said. "I want some Cubs gloves."
At The Finish Line, 1629 N. Damen in Bucktown/Wicker Park, fans were calling or stopping in all day to ask about World Series Championship apparel, according to a worker who said that sweatshirts, T-shirts and hoodies would not be available for sale until 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The store will be selling several Cubs World Series apparel items, that can be viewed here. Hours at The Finish Line are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

Fans were also looking for something a little different to commemorate the historic win: Newspapers.
Outside the Tribune, fans lined up for a chance to grab a copy of the paper's Cubs-centered front page.
