RAVENSWOOD — This election season, voters are facing a difficult choice: Italian sausage meatball or New York strip steak.
Eats and Sweets Cafe, 1636 W. Montrose Ave., has a pair of politically themed specials on its menu through Nov. 1: the "Nasty Woman" and the "Trumped Up Trickle Down Economics."

The significance behind the chosen ingredients is not safe for work, according to co-owner Margaret McCall.
The cafe plans to extend its hours on election night, with live results broadcast via projector TV. The kitchen will close at 6:30 p.m. but the barista area will remain open until 10 p.m., McCall said.
