ROGERS PARK — Rogers Park is the most diverse neighborhood in the city, both as a melting pot in cultures and ethnicity and also in its creative and authentic food dishes that reflect the spectrum of the community's residents.

From 5-8 p.m. on Nov. 2, more than 10 Rogers Park restaurants who call Clark Street home will open their doors and offer up some of those signature dishes for Taste of Clark Street, sponsored by the Rogers Park Business Alliance.

Eaters will peruse a selection of restaurants between Albion and Touhy on Clark, which features neighborhood newcomers like Safari Lounge, Chez Delisay and Rogue Fusion, as well as classics like A&T Restaurant.

Also on the menu are a variety of Latin flavors the Clark Street food scene has become known for: Fonda Doña Chio, El Pulpo Loco, Taqueria La Chapala and more.

Those wishing to participate can buy tickets in advance for $15, or for an extra $10 add on a beer and wine tasting at Rogers Park Fine Wine and Spirits. On the day-of, tickets bump up to $20, or $30 with the alcohol package. Check-in is at 7064 N. Clark St.
