CHICAGO — Shootings left one dead and 11 wounded since Monday, police said.

At 4:45 p.m. Monday, a 16-year-old boy was shot dead in West Humboldt Park, police said.

The boy was shot multiple times in the 1200 block of North Pulaski Road, said Officer Laura Amezaga, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. He was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

He was a documented gang member, Amezaga said.

No one was in custody.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 5:05 a.m. Tuesday, a 24-year-old man was shot in Brighton Park, police said.

The man was in the 4500 block of South Francisco Avenue when he was hit in his right hand, right arm, right knee and abdomen, Amezaga said.

He took himself to Saint Anthony Hospital and was later transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, Amezaga said.

• At 12:10 a.m., a 47-year-old man was shot in Marquette Park, police said.

The man was standing on a front porch in the 6300 block of South Rockwell Street when he heard shots and felt pain, Amezaga said.

He was hit in his left thigh and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in stable condition, Amezaga said.

• At 11:00 p.m. Monday, an 18-year-old man was shot in West Englewood, police said.

• At 8:40 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Little Village, police said.

• Also at 8:40 p.m., a 36-year-old man was shot in Chicago Lawn, police said.

The man was walking through an alley in the 5900 block of South Maplewood Avenue when a man walked up to him and fired shots, police said.

He was hit in his left leg and was taken to Mount Sinai in stable condition.

• At 6:05 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was shot in Roseland, police said.

The boy was walking in the 10900 block of South Princeton Avenue when a man walked up to him and fired shots, Amezaga said.

He was hit in his foot and took himself to Roseland Community Hospital in good condition, Amezaga said.

• At 4 p.m., three men were shot in North Lawndale, police said.

• At 3:22 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said.

• At 8:15 a.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said.

No one was in custody.
