• Most recently, at 8:54 a.m. Wednesday, a 33-year-old man was in the 4300 block of West Jackson Boulevard in West Garfield Park when someone jumped out of a nearby black car and shot at him before driving away, according to Officer Laura Amezaga, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound in his right forearm, Amezaga said. Police could not provide his condition but said he was "stable."

• At 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, a 40-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk in the 900 block of West 127th Street in West Pullman when someone walked up and tried to rob him at gunpoint, then fired shots and left, according to a police incident report.

The man was brought to Metro South Hospital, where he was considered "stable" with gunshot wounds in both his legs, Amezaga said. None of his belongings were taken.

• At 10:50 p.m., three men were shot in the 10400 block of South Indiana Avenue in Roseland, police said.

One man, 34, was shot in his chest and left arm and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was considered "stable," police said.

A 33-year-old man was taken to Roseland Hospital with a gunshot wound in his hand, and a 31-year-old man refused medical attention for a graze wound in his hip.

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.

• Two men were shot in separate incidents in Englewood between 9:20-9:40 p.m.

• At 8:05 p.m., a 19-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk in the 5300 block of South Morgan Street in Back of the Yards when he heard gunshots and felt pain in his right thigh, according to Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man brought himself to St. Bernard's Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, Alfaro said.

• At 2:13 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, three men were standing in the 8700 block of South Princeton Avenue in Roseland when someone shot at them from a passing gray car, Alfaro said.

Two 19-year-old men were brought to Stroger Hospital, Alfaro said. One had been shot in his abdomen, and the other was "stable" after being shot in his upper left thigh.

The third man, 20, was brought to St. Bernard's Hospital, where he was in good condition with a gunshot wound in his right ankle.
