HYDE PARK — It’s not too late to get tickets to hear Zadie Smith to read from her new book on Nov. 30.

Tickets went on sale on Friday and are still available to see Smith at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at the DuSable Museum of African American History, 740 E. 56th Place.

Smith’s new book, “Swing Time,” comes out on Nov. 15 and the $30 ticket includes a copy of the book, which can be picked up at the Seminary Cooperative Bookstore, 5751 S. Woodlawn Ave.

The new book is about two girls who are dancers, one with talent and the other with ideas about dance, rhythm and black music and bodies that carries the narrative through London and West Africa.

Smith will talk about the book with Vu Tran, author of “Dragonfish” and a professor at the University of Chicago.

For tickets, visit the bookstore’s website.
