LINCOLN SQUARE — Commuters nearly got the ride of their lives when a chicken briefly debated boarding the Western Avenue bus Friday morning.
The runaway bird was captured on video making its way up the sidewalk on Western Avenue, nonchalantly so as not to attract suspicion, near Winnemac.
For a brief second, the hen appears to consider boarding the bus, but then either can't find her fare card — we've all been there — or realizes it's an Express bus and she'll miss her stop.
