GOLD COAST — Police issued an alert Sunday with security footage of the man suspected of killing a man and wounding another in the Gold Coast neighborhood on Sept. 18.

At 4 a.m. last Sunday, someone came out of a fast food restaurant in the 100 block of West Division Street and began shooting at two men before driving away in a Chevy Tahoe, police said at the time.

Marquese Fleming, 20, later died of his wounds, police said. Another man, 30, was left in serious condition.

Police described the suspect as a black man taller than 6 feet, weighing around 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with an amalgam of Chicago White Sox, Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks logos.

Anyone with information on the suspect is encouraged to call detectives at 312-747-8380.
