Third-Annual Norwood Park Fall Fest To Welcome Autumn

NORWOOD PARK — The Norwood Park Fall Fest promises to usher in cooler weather with food, beer, music and family friendly entertainment Sept. 16-17.

A beer garden and music stage will transform Centennial Park at 6088 N. Northwest Hwy. for the fifth-annual festival sponsored by the Norwood Park Chamber of Commerce that will take place from 5-10 p.m. Sept. 16 and from noon to 10 p.m. Sept. 17.

The festival will also be packed full of activities for kids, including crafts, bounce houses, face painting and a pumpkin-painting contest.

Run Forrest Run, a '90s tribute band, will headline the fest on Sept. 16 and The Breakfast Club, an '80s tribute band, will close out the fest Sept. 17.

Food and goods from local businesses will also be available for purchase.
