DOUGLAS — Booker Parrow, 68, was killed in an apparent domestic shooting on the Near South Side on Monday morning, police said.
At 10:06 a.m., Parrow was shot in his head in the 2600 block of South Indiana Avenue, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
Parrow was pronounced dead on scene, Pacheco said.
Parrow, of the 2600 block of South Indiana Avenue, was pronounced dead at 10:25 a.m., according to Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records.
Police said the shooting appeared to be "domestic-related."
Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.
No one is in custody, police said.
